All shipments are shipped UPS or USPS. All shipping charges to be incurred by the customer. Shipping is 18% of the order total, calculated off regular prices. (Continental U.S.) Some boxes may incur and oversize 1 or 2 charge. Residential deliveries subject to an additional handling fee. Minimum shipping charge for orders under $100 is $18. Ground Shipping is the standard delivery method for all orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states. Most ground shipments are shipped via UPS. On larger orders or items, a common trucking carrier is used. Processing Time: 3-7 business days. Delivery Time: Between 3 and 5 business days. Total Ship Time: 6 to 12 business days.

Any order returned to us (undelivered, rejected, etc) will be credited back to the original purchase credit card less the cost of shipping. Returns to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer and should be shipped back insured, with tracking numbers.

Woodland Marketing, Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion.


You may pay for your order by American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. Pre-paid orders may be paid with a company / personal check or money order. However when using a check the order may be held for up to 15 days to verify the check has cleared. Woodland Marketing does not ship C.O.D.


No returns will be allowed without prior approval. Shipping charges on returns is the responsibility of the customer. Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom products or modified products are non-returnable. Requests for return authorization must be made within 5 business days. E-mail our customer service department at info@woodlandmarketing.com.

Damaged / Missing Merchandise:

Damages and claims for missing merchandise must be made within 5 business days of receipt. Please complete the Online Damage Claim Form. Alternatively, complete the enclosed Damage / Shortage Claim Form and fax back to Woodland Marketing. Replacement items will be shipped. Save all boxes and packaging for inspection.
